i’m a professional creative and certified coach
CREATIVITY
I grew up in the worlds of film and music - singing, playing the drums, operating cameras, writing and lecturing in documentary film production. I’ve led cross-media projects.
CONSULTING
I’ve consulted and coached on creative projects for over 20 years - from documentary films, to musical career launches, to brand building and cross media projects - I have helped my clients build strong narratives that pack a punch.
COACHING
My training in Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and as an NLP business practitioner allow me to help clients become great leaders in their field.
I’m a Member of the Association for Coaching.
BUSINESS
I set up a start-up and became a solopreneur more recently. I have a deep knowledge of online business models and the fundraising process, with over eight years' experience in the field. I’ve also worked across several industries in support, marketing and business development roles.

We desperately need more Creatives to model empathy, authenticity, critical thinking, courage and agency.
Creativity is an act of Resistance to the cynicism in our world. We need much more of it to design a New Normal better than the Old.
My life has been forged by the works of masters who poured their heart and soul into creating life-affirming experiences. Such minds are beacons of hope in this confusing world. They are the guides we need.
